Wonderful news!! Devin was granted a wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation!! We got the letter on Saturday. The next step will be to have the wish granters come to our home to meet with Devin to find out what his wish might be. After that, Devin's doctor must say that he's medically eligible for it, then his wish will be granted. As you can see from the picture above, Devin has chosen a Disney Cruise for his wish. He would like to do a 7 night land and sea package, with 4 nights on ship, and 3 nights at the Disney World parks. He picked up a Disney Cruise book from his Aunt Missy's travel office, and has been studying it day and night. Daddy would like to do some golfing, and mommy would like to, oh, I don't know yet. Just have some fun I guess. From what I understand, Wish Kids get star treatment the whole trip, so that should be nice for Devin for once.

Weather update...........

We are to get 7-10 inches of snow beginning tonight into tomorrow (Wed.) afternoon. We are on track to hit our all time snowfall record, at 73 inches, set back in the 1970's. We already have over 60+ inches so far this season, and this will get us closer to setting a new record. Not a record to brag about, but this is winter in Wisconsin.

Did you know the bible speaks about snow? An abbreviated version of Job 38:22 says ....."Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow?" I've also found verses that say God sends snow from Heaven. That has helped me so much in getting through this bitterly cold and snowy winter.
